[Hybrid baryons] [clas_members] PAC43 results

Hi Volker,

 Thank you very much for all your driving efforts with LOI on hybrid-baryon search!

Based on recommendations, may be we should consider two part proposal:

Part A: Q^2-coverge from 0.2 GeV^2 to 2.0 GeV^2 (part of run group A); may include new baryon state search in electroproduction at W>1.7 GeV.
Part B: Q^2-coverage form 0.05 to 0.5 GeV^2 new proposal; may include studies of resonance longitudinal couplings at small photon virtualities,
access to meson-baryon cloud in the N* structure.

        develop full proposal. Due to the use of different beam 
energies, they want to see tha
        split into one part as a run group proposal with run group A for 
the 11 GeV, and
        a separate proposal for the lower energies, joint with other 
proposals that also make
        use of the lower energies.
