[Hybrid baryons] Evaluation of the start values of hybrid electrocouplings fot KY even simulation

  Dear Colleagues,

 Please find attached the proposal for evaluations of the start values of hybrid electrocouplings A1/2, A3/2, and S1/2 at different Q^2
above which the signal from hybrid will be observable in unpolarized KY one-fold differential cross sections.

 In order to determine the start value of electrocouplings as a function of Q^2, I would propose to consider unpolarized cross sections only for simplicity. The unpolarized cross section are the major contributor, while TT,TL interference cross sections typically <30 % of unpolarized.

 The start values of hybrid electrocouplings will be used in EG that incorporates all cross sections, such as unpolarized sigma_u, sigma_tt, sigma_tl for KY event simulation.
