Dear Derek,

sorry if my answer comes with some delay, but I tried to see if I could
add your name to the Proposal.

Unfortunately the hybrid baryon proposal was submitted on June 2nd,
before your message arrived.

We did so to be sure that all formal requirements could be correctly
addressed in time.

We wrongly thought that it would have been possible to make changes
until today's deadline, but we found that once the proposal is submitted
it is almost impossible to implement any change.

We would have been pleased to add you to the group to the proposal but
it has been technically impossible.

You are very welcome to collaborate at any level. The next meeting will
be held next Friday at 8:30 Jlab time.

Best regards

Annalisa
