[Isotope-prod] Minutes and Action Items 9/18

Please find attached the PowerPoint file with several illustrations of 
the FLUKA model and the preliminary results for a couple of 
arrangements/parameter sets. Also, there's a list (incomplete) of 
limiting parameters that should be filled up before the next level of 
selection and optimization for the Radium irradiation setup.
