[Isotope-prod] Deliverables

As we discussed, the proposal will state these deliverables and how we plan 
to do achieve them. 

Deliverables 

1. Design and Demonstration of 50 kW target 
2. Optimize beam parameters (energy, current, power density) for Cu-67 from Ga and Zn targets 
3. Separation of Cu-67 
4. Yield curves of Cu-67 
5. Nano-delivery of Cu-67 
6. Training of student(s) and technician(s)
