To add to the confusion:

The page limit of the project narrative according to the Lab 
announcement is limited to *a)* 10 pages (see page 10 top) or *b)* 25 
pages  (see page 14, first paragraph)  or *c)* since it is a 
collaborative proposal,  50% more than either a) or b)   (see bold box 
page 15)

We will need to request clarification.
