[Isotope-prod] No run Nov/Dec & no meeting Wednesday

Kevin,

The new design, while potentially better at cooling, looks like it lacks 
the ability to contain any spilled Gallium should there be a containment 
loss.  Is there a plan to have the footprint shown in your picture 
closed off or is there a different method to contain a potential spill 
like a drip pan, etc.?
