[Isotope-prod] No run Nov/Dec & no meeting Wednesday

Hi All,
The next isotope run will be in January, not the week after Thanksgiving. This decision was made in light of UITF/HDice running & required support as well as additional ERR for 5 kwatt run.

The new hardware (photo) has much better cooling & better defined geometry (1mm gap from Tungsten radiator to graphite crucible) for validating FLUKA models. There are a couple brazes left & to tie in cooling piping.

There will be opportunities for HCO in Nov/Dec since the shield blocks will go back in soon. The 1/4 CM crowbar faults need to be addressed.
