Hello Dave;

Our team has a schedule already in place based on our availability.
So, I would like to play this Monday, week 13, with the full
roster that I and my team have already selected. A make-up round
for last week can and should take place in one of the weeks in August
already reserved for such a possibility, but NOT this Monday.

After week 13, we do a make-up match and then go into the tournament.
This is far simpler than what you are suggesting.

How many people completed their matches?
If it's very few, then I suggest we just throw out the whole week 12
and play one extra week with our already selected rosters.

Juggling schedules is not easy.
