Hi! JLGLrs

Here is a note about securing your scores in a JLAB Golf League match.
   1. Always Keep 2 copies (in a foursome same applies)
   2. Turn one in to League Scorekeeper if possible (Historically, I
have kept
a resealable Plastic Bag under the windshield wiper on my car
with the words
"JLAB or JLAB Cards" written on it.)
   3. Keep one and take it with you and bring it to the lab the next
day. If I should lose the scorecard
       you will have a backup.
   4. If you couldn't find my car with the bag on the windshield then
scan or copy the scores
and send them to me via e-mail.
   5. Preferably enter the actual scores on the card, but if you just
can't bear to see numbers bigger
than par on a card and use the method of entering only the number
of strokes over par on each
hole, as many do, then state that fact at the top of the card
somewhere. The first method will save the
scorekeeper a lot of extra time entering the days' scores into the
golf league program.

This has been the practice over the years. Next year Tom Carstens
will instruct you in his
favorite method, But I would still suggest keeping two copies of the card.
Reason for this note is that we lost a card because it was on the
wrong vehicle (Red Truck but not my
Red Mercury Mariner) This practice was not used much until I retired
from the Lab in 2008.

Thanks and hit em long!
