[Jlab-scicomp-briefs] /work/clas/disk[1-10] decommissioning 2/1/12

As previously announced, the /work/clas/disk[1-10] automanaged areas 
will be removed, now that their replacement /volatile/clas areas are in 
full use (see http://scicomp.jlab.org/disk/volatile.faces ).

On February 1, the old /work/clas/disk[1-10] areas will become 
read-only, in preparation for removal on February 15.
