[Jlab-scicomp-briefs] /work/clas/disk[1-10] now read-only

The old /work/clas/disk[1-10] automanaged areas have been set to 
read-only today, now that their replacement /volatile/clas areas are in 
full use (see http://scicomp.jlab.org/disk/volatile.faces ).
These areas will be permanently removed on February 15.
