[Jlab-scicomp-briefs] Geant4/ROOT (Sci-comp software) setup change for /site/12gev_phys/

The files have been restored, so you can use both new and old method to source the environment.

The libraries are actually the same in both cases - I suggest you switch to the new environment as soon as possible. It's transparent to you and it will be very convenient when you want to go back to previous versions.

>  setenv JLAB_VERSION production
>  setenv JLAB_ROOT /site/12gev_phys
>  source $JLAB_ROOT/ce/releases/$JLAB_VERSION/jlab.csh


Current versions:    production (link to 1.0) and devel
