[Jlab_cc] P-Card Log Entry Reminder

Cardholders and Approving Officials:

The entries in your p-card log form the basis for cost accounting and 
reporting of DOE funds.  I know that people are very busy, so I am 
reminding you to select the appropriate Account Code when you make a log 
entry.   There is a drop-down menu to help you select the best Account 
Code to use.

Using the appropriate code gives your group leader and your AD the 
information they need during budget preparation.  Otherwise, they won't 
know what is actually needed to complete a task.

I have attached the Step-By-Step P-Card Log Process guide as a refresher.
