[Jlab_cc] Update to P-Card Unauthorized and/or Restricted Item List

Good afternoon all, 
See attached Unauthorized and Restricted list adding, under the heading of Personal Protective Equipment (highlighted in yellow), that any type of hearing protection is prohibited. 

Also, a reminder regarding Tool purchases, please make sure to use the Hand and Power Tool Exception form which is attached, with proper approvals when submitting your PCard documents.
