[Jlab_cc] FY 24 entries on Pcard logs

Good morning all
We are approaching year end FY 24 and we request that all purchases be entered on your Pcard log as soon as the orders are placed.  This allows funds to be obligated this fiscal year and Accounting to do necessary accruals  going into the new  fiscal year.  Thanks for your adherence to this Pcard policy.
