The fall DNP meeting will be held in person in New Orleans. The link to the meeting website is below; the banquet on Saturday night will feature traditional New Orleans dishes and live entertainment, and there will be a special dinner/event for graduate students on Friday evening.

Please consider submitting an abstract for the mini-symposium Nucleon Structure and Interactions (links below). Make sure to use the sorting category (19e) when submitting.

Abstract submission is currently open for the 2022 Fall DNP Meeting. The deadline is 5:00 p.m. ET on July 1, 2022. The abstract submission website can be reached through the meeting website<https://info.aps.org/e/640833/dnp2022-main-html/n6ghc/667579090?h=ErYKhqKwbmENEriwSpyduTHLdnYaG8CFQ8nyuj_pGsw> under contributed abstracts on the program tab or directly here<https://info.aps.org/e/640833/Z-5K3W78W86/n6ghg/667579090?h=ErYKhqKwbmENEriwSpyduTHLdnYaG8CFQ8nyuj_pGsw>:

The meeting will be in person in New Orleans, October 27-30, with virtual components. The Local Organizers have planned several exciting events showcasing New Orleans. See the website for details.

The plenary session will be on Nuclear Threat and Mitigation. The invited sessions are:

  *   Bayesian Uncertainty Quantification: BayUQ
  * Jet substructure and quenching at RHIC and the LHC: the road to sPHENIX and the EIC
  * Nuclear Data in the Cosmos
  * Probing Nuclear Geometry with Photons from JLab to RHIC and LHC
  * The Next Generation of Nuclear Physics: Facilities Today, Next Year, and the Next Decade
  *   University Based Accelerator Programs
  * Symmetries In Nuclei: In Honor of Rowe and Rosenteel

In addition to the usual sorting categories, there are 9 minisymposia available for abstract submission, listed with the category that should be used for submission to these sessions:

  * (19a) Don't Look Up: Nuclear Data for Planetary Defense and Space Exploration
  * (19b) Inspiring the Next Generation Through Nuclear Research
  * (19c) Mass Measurements for Extreme Astrophysical Environments
  * (19d) Nuclear Pandemonium: How TAS Informs Outstanding Issues in Nuclear Physics
  * (19e) Nucleon Structure and Interactions
  * (19f) Probing Low-Energy QCD, Fundamental Symmetries and BSM Physics via π0, η and η' Decays
  * (19h) The Initial State of Heavy-Ion Collisions
  * (19j) The Physics of Double Beta Decay
  * (19k) Time Reversal Invariance Violation

We look forward to seeing as many of you in New Orleans as possible.
