[Jpsi-007] J/psi-007: Amendment: schedule extension not yet official

Dear Colleagues,

We have been made aware that the assumption of a beam extension was a bit premature. Physics has assured us that they are committed to pursuing an extension to the schedule if possible, but asked us to retract our announcement until it has been officially approved, which is anticipated to happen sometime next week. 

For now, any shifts past the original scheduled end date of 2/20 are currently only tentative and will be canceled in case the extension to the schedule does not take place. I will send send an update as soon as we learn about new developments.

Note that the current delay in the schedule is for cavity reprocessing that aims to raise linac energies to a level necessary for our experiment, as well as reduce the trip rate for beam to all halls significantly.
