[Lad_hallc] Meeting time for Pre-beam RC meetings

Dear all,

as discussed on Monday, I would like to start from next week an additional weekly meeting which would also involve the HallC experts. This would be a meeting dedicated for the run preparation of spectrometers/DAQ/LAD etc.

I confirmed with the HallC experts that they would be available either Wednesday or Thursday 2:30pm ET.

Please let me know which of these times works better for you.
