[Lad_hallc] Info about LAD meetings during the experiments

Dear all,

apologies for the confusion to some of you.

There will be a meeting today at 2:30pm Jlab time as a pre RC meeting and then starting from Wednesday  on we will have daily RC throughout the week at the same time during the experiment. Analysis updates throughout the run will be after the RC meeting.

During the experiment the 11am meetings Mondays are cancelled.
