[Lad_hallc] Beam this week - still open slots to fill

Dear HallC colleagues,

The start of beam for HallC is delayed to at least next Wednesday (March 26) - I was a little bit too optimistic in my email yesterday.
We are still looking for help for shifts for the upcoming experiment (https://misportal.jlab.org/mis/physics/shiftSchedule/index.cfm?experimentRunId=HALLC-LAD) and I would recommend for people coming to the lab for shifts to plan to take them in April/May.

As a reminder, Joe will give a HallC walkthrough today, March 18 at 2pm. This would be a great possibility to take the training before start of beam.

We are still looking for help for shifts for the upcoming LAD experiments in HallC.
The experiment is scheduled to start this Friday!!

The shift schedule can be found at https://misportal.jlab.org/mis/physics/shiftSchedule/index.cfm?experimentRunId=HALLC-LAD

The shift requirements is 10 shifts to allow people to fullfill the requirement by coming to the lab for a week + weekends.

Joe will give a HallC walkthrough tomorrow, March 18 at 2pm. This would be a great possibility to take the training before start of beam.
