[Lerftest-ctrls] Remaining known issues

/usr/local issue:

All the configuration is centered around /s containing the various mounts for home, local, u1.  Is it difficult to add a symlink on the linuxRT-side?  Kinda figured you guys did it already.

dhcp/time:

Still no explanation for this.  I'll double-check stuff with our network team.
