[Lerftest-ctrls] Creating EDM files

Hello,
Catching up a little late.
I hope Hugo/Bruce can also chime in because they have been helping support
the EPICS infrastructure at LERF.
Wesley, do you have the information you need from that script? Or do you
still need something more?
