[Lerftest] restore C20 heaters in zone FL2

Hi David,
We will have to control the heaters after the cryomodule swap. The expected cooldown will be in mid-November. Zone 2 was converted to C100 style heaters - control of 8 vs 4. Please have an ATLis grenerated, want to talk about it on Monday? Is it as easy as just using 1/2 of the channels? Wes & I will be out Tues - Thurs, so Monday or Friday, or Joe Gubeli can get folks together, he is lead engineer for the LCLS/LERF project.
