[Lowq] RTPC prototype

Dear all,

We have an exciting news!
After replacing the inner foil assembly on the prototype RTPC with the new
one that Raphael built, using the kapton sports at downstream and upstream
ends, and fixing te mis-cabling/labeling on GEM-3, Stephen was able to see
a signal at the pre-amplifier board from a gamma source. As a drift gas 
ArCO2
mixture was used.

Now, after knowing all the possible mistakes that we can make, we are ready
for assembly of the final RTPC for eg6 run.

Thanks to every one for great efforts in building the prototype and parts
of the main detector.
