[Lowq] RTPC prototype

Stepan, Rafael, Stephen, and all--

That's really wonderful news!! I'm not one bit surprised, as it has 
always been clear that you
would eventually make your newly-designed RTPC work, but it's delightful 
that you have
now seen 'first light'.
