    General

    * We discussed the strategy for the calibrations. We would like to
      first calibrate all detector components for a single run, then
      extend the calibrations for runs spanning the whole period.

    * Stepan suggested we should try to use one run for all detector
      components.

    * Hovanes will select a list of runs which would be good calibration
      points in time.

    * RTPC calibration will require diffenrent sets of runs, for
      instance 1 pass data.

    * We need a larger disc space for calibrations and cooking since the
      CLAS policy is not to store calibration data on the silo (thus on
      cache). Stepan will talk to Dennis Weygand about CLAS work disc
      space availability.

    EC Calibrations

    * We have cosmic ray runs which can be used by Cole to perform the
      first round of EC energy calibrations. The cosmic run numbers are
      61844 and 61972.

    * Will contact Cole to see if he could perform the calibration with
      cosmics

    * The next step will be the energy calibration refinement using
      minimum ionizing particles. Rafayel will be working on this task.

    CC Calibrations

    * Yohann was not sure if a cosmic run was taken for CC calibrations.
      The run was scheduled, we need to verify that we have it.

    * We had a CC calibration runs in the beginning of eg6, it is not
      clear if we can use constants from this run.

    * (After the meeting Maurizio told us that there was no CC
      calibration run taken after eg6).

    IC and SH Calibrations

    * According to F.-X. we do not see the single photoelectron peak in
      SH at this time. It is possible that other methods be used for
      calibrations of SH.

    * No progress on IC calibrations yet.

    DC calibrations

    * Bayram is running /track_mon/ on the cooked data. He is surprized
      by how few proton events he gets using the PROTON cut in
      /track_mon/. There was also some confusion about the number of
      positive and negative tracks in different superlayers, which was
      cleared out. Bayram is in process of understanding the procedure
      and the code.
