[Lowq] files from Natasha

Hi,

Natasha Dashyan implemented the  eg6 setup into GSIM. Now we have the 
eg6 target
and the hodoscope in the detector simulation. She was also able to 
reconstruct these event
using user_ana.  I posted the example files from Natasha for GSIM and 
user_ana at
