[Moller] MOLLER PAC slides/DoE visit

Hi, Folks. A couple of MOLLER issues that you might be interested in:

- Mont, Bob McKeown and I visited DoE on Friday, Dec 17. I made a 30 minute slide presentation which lasted more than 2 hours. The talk was well-received and there were many interesting questions. We have been informally told that the next step will be submission of a proposal followed by a DoE physics review in 2011, which presumably launches us into the CD process. The meeting was attended by Tim Hallman, Gene Henry and several others from the Nuclear physics office, and had Brad Tippens and Brad Keister listening in on the phone. 

- Attached are the 3 PAC37 slides, as required for the ranking process. I have already had one circulation on these slides with the Steering Committee. I hope to submit these in the first few days of January.
