point was added to the congratulatory notes: that the funds required for
MOLLER have not yet been identified. Clearly, this is an issue of budgets
at the DOE as a whole and the office of Nuclear Physics in particular.

In the meantime, I want to thank all of you again for your efforts and I
will be in touch about our next steps soon.
