[Moller] MOLLER collaboration-wide Bluejeans meeting Wed 1 to 5 pm

Dear MOLLER collaborator:

This email is to announce to the full collaboration that we plan to have an open bluejeans meeting on Wednesday November 8 from 1 pm to 5 pm US EST. 

As many of you know, we continue to work on various MOLLER pre-R&D topics. We decided it would be very useful to pause and let each group know what every other group is working on. In particular, we wanted to take stock of tasks that were highlighted in various Director’s Review (Dec 2016) recommendations and make sure that there is a plan to address each of them (if they are not already being addressed) and also make sure that tasks that involve multiple groups are properly coordinated and prioritized. 

The attached slide that I plan to show in my intro. talk summarizes the goal for the meeting.

The only speakers are group coordinators; it is their job to summarize tasks being done by collaborators active in each group. Here is the agenda:

1:00 - 1:15:  General: KK
1:15 - 1:30: General/Polarized Beam/Monitoring: Mark/Kent
1:30 - 1:45: Target: Silviu
1:45 - 2:15: Spectrometer: Juliette
2:15 - 2:45: Detectors: Michael
2:45 - 3:30: Simulation (Dustin/Seamus/Rakitha)
3:30 - 3:45: Pions (David)
3:45 - no later than 5:00: Contingency time or further discussion if needed
