[Moller] Info management committee

Dear all,

I hope this email finds you well.  I have volunteered to chair the Info 
Management committee.  This committee is tasked with develop policies 
related to maintaining the collaboration list (including the IB 
membership), MOLLER website, collaboration email list server, separate 
email lists for EB, IB, etc, records of speakers for invited talks, 
DocDB, wiki, possible elog and other collaboration record management 
tools.  It so far does NOT include rules about software (analysis or 
simulation) development, JLAB farm or Compute Canada usage, etc. (we may 
want to recommend such a committee to be formed).

The goal is to develop a draft set of policies to be incorporated into 
the collaboration bylaws in the fall.

I am looking for volunteers to serve on this committee.  I would like to 
have a postdoc and a graduate student in addition to several senior 
members.  Please let me know by Wednesday, July 14 if you are interested 
in participating on this committee.
