Attached is the closeout report from the review.

BLUF – we passed the review, clearing the bar with room to spare.  Most of the comments and recommendations point to places we need to put more attention and effort over te coming months to be ready for CD-2/CD3.

As many of you were not in attendance, I want to share again my thanks to the entire MOLLER collaboration.  The progress we made in the last year was only possible with the coordinated effort of the engineers and designers alongside the physicists doing simulations and prototyping the detectors, studying ferrous materials etc.  I want to personally thank the students and postdocs who have done an enormous amount of simulations, participated in beam tests and otherwise contribute to MOLLER – your contributions have been essential to getting us where we are today.

We, mostly the management team, have some work to do to arm our FPD for ESAAB (formal CD-3a approval) over the next few weeks.

As we come to the close of the design phase of MOLLER, our next big hurdle to is ensure that we have a compelling and defensible plan to execute the project to conclusion.  This means turning attention to assembly and installation planning, nailing down costs and schedules and, for better or worse, getting some additional documentation written.

I hope that everyone can take a few days to rest, be with family and enjoy our success.
