[Moller] FW: MOLLER Zoom meetings

I would suggest using a similar approach to accelerator and simply post the meeting information as an entry in one of the password protected logbooks and include a link to that log entry. This works well for anyone with a JLab CUE login.
If university groups start publicly posting their Zoom meeting information, they will quickly run into the same issues that forced JLab into this configuration where groups all around the world are using your Zoom meeting rooms to make phone calls and hold their own meetings.

The collaboration can do what they need to do.
JLab meetings cannot use non-JLab accounts so all of the project meetings will continue to be either be JLab Zoom.gov or MS Teams.

Hi Jim,
I am suggesting that the collaboration use only university zoom accounts then. Having meeting information shared only through JLab outlook it obviously a no go.

Hi all,
Per JLab policy, any JLab Zoom.gov meetings that have been on publicly accessible sites must be deleted. The MOLLER Goggle calendar is unprotected so I have instructed Jennifer to immediately delete all of the Zoom meetings for all of our weekly meetings that had that information available on the Google Calendar.
We will set up new Zoom meetings, but we cannot post that information on any publicly accessible site so they will only be available in JLab Outlook.
The collaboration will have to work through how to get meeting information to individuals who need it without violating the policy to not post on open sites such as Wiki, Google etc.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Jim
