[Moller] ERR2 information

Dear MOLLER collaborators,

As we discussed during the collaboration meeting earlier in the summer we will have our 2nd Experimental Readiness Review in the week of July 28th. The charge and agenda have now been mostly approved. The information can be found on the wiki:

We are in the midst of an active dialog with potential speakers to ensure that all aspects of the charge elements are met. As can be seen from the contents of the Wiki page, there are 3 distinct sessions over 5 days.

Before the meeting we will send out zoom information for those who would like to see the review but cannot make it to JLab in person.
