[Moller_intdet] Detector Package Costing

Hello everyone,

I am sending these documents by mail to the group, because the document 
database doesn't currently show any documents
that are submitted and creating an elog entry for this seemed silly. 
This spreadsheet represents the current state of affairs for
the detector package, not just as far as costing is concerned, but also 
as far as the level of detail / planning is concerned. You
may notice that we have moved the tracking front end electronics for the 
main detectors into this work package, since the
branch point is at the PMT base, which will need to be designed for both 
electronics chains (for a single base that is electronically
switchable between tracking and integrating mode). This part of the 
system is currently owner-less.

Everything that is in read in the spreadsheet requires either costing 
and/or some more detail.
