Dear all,

I am sorry for the late notice, but I would like to cancel today's 
meeting. I just
returned from the Mainz beam tests and have not had time to prepare anything
for the integrating electronics discussion, which was scheduled for today.
I am also dealing with midterm preparations at the moment.

I propose to meet at the next regularly scheduled date, Nov. 1.

The meeting should include a short discussion to finalize the task list 
that is attached.
To this end, please take a another look at the list and make comments 
(to date, I
have had comments from Dave Armstrong).

I may also be able to present a brief preliminary look at the beam tests 
results.

Dear Collaborators,

Attached you can find a preliminary task list for the integrating
detector package.
It is derived from KK's recent list with a few additions from re-reading
the Director's
review, as well as a few items that were not identified by the review,
but require
our attention nonetheless.

I have made an initial assignment for various institutions to the
various tasks (mostly
from KK's original assignment), but I am leaving most of that open to
discussion. I
forward the list both in doc and pdf format, so that you can make
changed to it if you
need/want to. I know that there are institutions that are represented in
the integrating
detector list, that are not listed in the task list, so if you feel that
you want to take on
a task, please let me know.

I suggest that we fix this task list before the next meeting, in October.
