[Moller_L2] Lessons Learned loa nd Issues Tracker

MOLLER Team,
I have added a Lessons Learned log and Issues Tracker on the SharePoint
I encourage all team members to add to both as lessons learned or issues are identified.

Lessons Learned are intended to provide information that the project team or future project teams can use to avoid pitfalls we may encounter.  You are probably all familiar with Safety lessons learned bulletins.  These should be factual and state what happened (no blame or finger pointing).  I included a field for suggestions about how we could have done better.

The Issue Tracker is geared towards issues that arise that we need to track and close out.
