I just received documentation from SC-23 (OPA) on the review including the committee membership:

SC1 Target and Spectrometer:

SC2 Detectors, DAQ and Infrastructure:
Larry Ruckman (SLAC)
Glenn Young (BNL)

SC3 EHS, Cost and Schedule, Project Management
Ron Ray (FNAL)
Whitney Hghes (PNNL)
Sergio Zimmerman (LBNL)
Jim Niehoff (FNAL)


Note that this implies 3 breakout sessions rather than 4 so I will need to adjust the agenda and compress breakout technical talks to make this fit.
