[Moller_L2] [EXTERNAL] Re: MOLLER review schedule

Why can't it be moved to early December? Is it strictly necessary to 
have a Director's review every time we have a CD review? There are too 
many meetings and too little time to actually do the work we are getting 
reviewed about.
