[Moller_L2] [EXTERNAL] Re: MOLLER review schedule

HI, Michael. It is dictated by the dates already set for the CD3A and CD 2 reviews and working backwards. I can explain separately on the phone. 

We dont get much flexibility when dealing with DOE; they have their own constraints. And we are trying to keep the ultimate goal in mind for when we want to be ready to do physics. 

Anyway, let us chat about this on the phone at a convenient time.
