Hey guys,

I am going to propose bi-weekly meetings starting the week of September 
19, 2011.  I have created a doodle poll in order to try to pick a time 
slot.  The idea would be to choose a day of the week and a time, then 
the week of September 19th we would have our first fall meeting at that 
day/time, and bi-weekly after that, so don't just consider restrictions 
for that week.

The poll has lots of time slots (20); please let me know if there is a 
major meeting I forgot about (see below).  You can choose "yes", "yes if 
need be" or "no".  Please put a vote for each time slot; I will choose 
several likely times and send another poll once I get these results.

Please fill out the poll by the end of this Friday, August 26, 2011 at 
5pm.  I will send out the reduced poll next week.

By the way, the doodle poll reflects the restrictions I know about, 
which are:

Meetings can't start before 10:00am ETD because Dustin is on a time zone 
2 hours earlier than that, and the CA guys are a total of 3 hours earlier.

For now, I avoided the lunch hour 12:00-1:00pm, and starting a meeting 
after 5pm.

JLab meetings:

       Hall A meeting (weekly) - Tuesday 1:30 pm
       Hall C meeting (weekly) - Monday 3:00 pm
       MCC meeting (weekly) - Wednesday 1:30pm

Qweak Meetings:

       Physics (weekly) - Thursday 1:30-3:30pm
       Analysis (weekly) - Friday 1:00-2:00pm

Solid Meetings:

       Software (biweekly) - Wednesday 1:30pm

PREx Meetings:

       Analysis (biweekly) - Wednesday 3:30pm
