[Moller_simulation] [EXTERNAL] Better practices for major milestone simulation outputs

Okay, understood. I still think it is not too early to start worrying 
about how we will transfer large amounts of data from JLab (and to a 
lesser degree to JLab). But that's a different topic then ...
