[Moller_spectrometer] Spectrometer meeting

Dear all,

Sorry for the very late notice, but I switched the phase of the 
spectrometer meeting because this week it conflicted with the DOE 
meeting.  I changed it in the MOLLER meeting calendar but I should have 
sent an email too.  So our next meeting will be Monday, July 19 at 2pm EDT.
