[Moller_spectrometer] spectrometer meeting Monday 2pm EDT

Dear all,

We will have a spectrometer teleconference this coming Monday, July 19 
at 2pm EDT.  I have an update on the upstream torus shielding, and then 
I want to discuss the task lists and priorities to make sure physics 
isn't holding up engineering or vice-versa.
