[Moller_spectrometer] [EXTERNAL] Fwd: Scheduling weekly meetings for MOLLER working groups, Spring 2022

Dear member of the MOLLER Spectrometer Group,

As many individuals have schedules that change at the start of a new 
semester, various topical meetings will need a schedule change. Last 
semester we made this a bit easier with a “grand doodle”, which sampled 
the schedules of many of the MOLLER collaboration principles. This 
allowed us to narrow the options when polling for some meetings.
We are trying this approach again this semester. Please fill out the 
following, comprehensive, doodle poll. The rules:
1) record yourself as not available if you have obligations that will 
keep you from attending a MOLLER meeting. Do NOT blank out time slots 
that are filled with a MOLLER-related meeting, as doing so may trigger a 
reschedule of that very meeting!
2) the “maybe” option should be used for intermittent or otherwise not 
preferred time slots, including every-other-week conflicts.
3) time is short, so please respond ASAP. I believe we will start 
scheduling meetings early next week, so a reply by Monday would be best.
4) if you are on the moller-simulation mailing list, you have already 
received this link. You only need to fill out the poll once.
