[Moller_spectrometer] new meeting times for Winter term

Dear all,

I was a little precipitous in my announcement of the meeting times.  It 
seems that the best time is *Thursday, from 2-3pm **eastern* (this 
optimizes several different subgroup meetings and the availabilities of 
the participants).  Rather than try to find a separate time when we are 
all available for the upstream torus meeting, I am proposing that we 
instead have weekly meetings and set the agenda to concentrate on the 
upstream torus roughly every other week.

Jim (Kelsey) and Mike - what do you think of this?  Does anyone have any 
objections?
