[Mott] lobbying for the Mott gold experiment at JLAB

Folks,

Based on last week's meeting, I've attached ~slightly re-worked slides which Matt and I will use to lobby for ~3 days during winter shutdown (jan/feb) and ~5 days during summer shutdown (~June-August), to complete the gold experiment.  If you hadn't seen these slides, please also look at ~responsibilities doled out on slide 4, let me know if you find anything disagreeable or have comments.  Thanks.
