[Mott] Double Scattering Rate Calculations

Hi Everyone,

I've typed up a short note detailing the stumbling blocks that I'm facing
trying to extract the rates from double scattering. One is technical, my
monte carlo integration method seems to be funky, even on single
scattering. The second seems to be due to unphysical assumptions in my
method of generating events in double scattering. I'd appreciate input on
one or both.
