[Mott] Mott status update = Outlook Good

Status update...

1. Riad and Daniel calibrated the injector BCM to our Faraday Cup reference, then the Mott DAQ to the BCM.  They determined Pockels cell settings (PITA) to null the charge asymmetry for half-waveplates states used for polarization reversal.  We should double-check prior to running, but bulk of work is done. Great job.

2. We tested 0L03 module to 7-8 MV/m last night without measurable background in the Mott.  I believed these were the max gradients to be used this weekend, but have since learned they might be much higher <14 MV/m.  I've asked that 0L03 be limited to <7 MV/m through the weekend, a plan Arne supports.  Still waiting for consensus, but we can move forward assuming there is a solution.

3. The group testing 0L04 agreed to keep it off this weekend.

4. On SWING today I'll test the process to set KE=5 MeV w/ minimum energy spread, then measure momentum, emittance and energy spread.  I think we'll repeat just before the run.
